As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff were always ready to assist me with my needs and ensured that I felt comfortable during my stay.

If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be for the staff to be a bit more understanding of our needs. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit hurried and didn't always provide the extra support that we may have required.
